Educate My Girl

Educate My Girl is a Non Profit Organisation founded on 29th May 2013 by Nandini Goel. They have been teaching few underprivileged girls in slum area in Delhi, India. Presently, they are giving the computer education to young girls. They also focus on teaching young girls about the challenges they face in their life.
Educate My Girl has worked thoroughly on the upliftment of the girl child in the slum areas of Delhi, India. They focus on building a beautiful society.
This organisation has also focused on teaching girls how they can take care of their health. They teach the girls(who belong from conservative families) not to be shy and take part in sports or atleast run some distance.
EMG Program has guides for various subjects like Meditation and English. Girls are also taught about Astronomy and Sanskrit and can ask if they have other problems but the main focus is on Computers and English, presently.

Educate My Girl Program was founded on 29th May 2013 by Nandini Goel. She started teaching young girls in an unprivileged area in Delhi, India. Soon, she taught girls about different issues and with the guidance of few seniors they planned computer education classes for the girls in her Program. Presently, EMG Program is involved in helping the girls and educating them for their better future. Initiatives are taken to discuss and educate the underprivileged children about regular school curriculum and basic knowledge of computers.
This program also visualizes and shares the importance of physical and mental health of a child. Hence, regular meditation and physical activities are also encouraged during this program. This program has also made great impact among children about the importance of cleanliness in human life.

Educate My Girl is a program which helps girls to learn about their health, understand their rights, improve their education, and achieve their goals and ambitions.
Impact
You may be surprised to learn, even though India is moving fiercely with its computer programming and technology but majority of Indians are still deprived of Computer and Computer Education. The computers in schools often go unused because there are not enough for all students or because teachers don’t have time to use them. The girls in the group are very eager to learn and have computer education. EMG Program has help to educate these girls who have no other access to technology. About the Founder

Educate My Girl Program was founded by a young girl, Nandini Goel (www.facebook.com/nandinigoel.india). She showed great keenness in educating young underprivileged girls by engaging with them. The Vision that was perceived in the year 2012 took a great shape in 2013 when she organised a computer education class for unprivileged girls of the society.
With the keen interest of computer designing and english literature, Nandini Goel herself is working on various computer softwares like Ruby on Rails and Android Applications. Few of which like EMG CodeRR App and EMG Android App are ready to use and are available on Educate My Girl Website.
With her avid interest in Violin, the founder is also trying to inculcate the fondness of music in the young minds, she often interacts. With her enthusiasm for sharing her knowledge and privilege with the others in the society, she has created good sense of companionship among the girls of Educate My Girl Program.
