eDition is a digital publishing platform for designing and publishing interactive digital magazines and other publications. It enables real time editing and publishing by following the principle, WYSIWYG. It distinguishes itself by the simple addition of interactive contents (Adobe Flash, video, audio), with the possibility of customization of the browser appearance and also a number of other functionalities.
Publishers can monetize their digital editions through subscription system and advertisements. eDition can also be integrated into other editorial systems, so that the production of new editions is automated.
eDition publishing platform enables production of the following types of digital publications:
* digital replicas of printed publications (magazines, newspapers, catalogues - PDF is converted to a digital format.
* hybrid magazines - online magazines that are based on print magazines, but that are enriched with rich media like video, audio and Flash animations.
* interactive magazines - digital magazines that exist only in the online form, not on paper.

Technology is using Adobe PDF file format as input. Addition of multimedia contents such as video flv, youtube video, mp3, Adobe Flash, images, etc. enriches reader experience. Desktop application for creating, designing and administrating digital editions works on the WYSIWYG principle. With it the publisher can brand and customize appearance of each publication. Designer is completely free and independent in his creativity.
