The court held that Google Books is a noninfringing fair use. * Robert Stevens et al. v. CoreLogic Inc. Durie Tangri won summary judgment for CoreLogic in a copyright class action. The plaintiffs claimed that CoreLogic altered photos and removed copyright management information in violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. The court held that the plaintiffs failed to prove that CoreLogic intentionally removed or altered information embedded in the images. * Segan LLC v. Zynga Inc.
