Duncan O. Onyemuwa (born August 16, 1983) known professionally as Duncan Daniels is an American musician, producer, and song writer of Nigerian origin. Biography Duncan was born in Boston, Massachusetts, he moved to England in his youth, then to Nigeria as a teenager, subsequently returning to the United States where he ended up at Berklee College of Music in Boston where he studied Music Production & Engineering/Music Business Management. Style & Influence Duncan who categorizes himself as an R&B and Pop Music artist was influenced by the late great Micheal Jackson as early as the age of 3, also counts artists like U2, Bon Jovi, and younger generation hip hop artists such as Akon, and Kanye West as major influences as well. Career Duncan started playing the piano and writing music at the age of 11, and began producing at 15. His first album 'I Don Taya' was released in 2006. Duncan's sophomore album 'Show Stoppah' is due out later in 2009. Singles off the album include Show Stoppah, and Like This ft. M.I.. Duncan has also collaborated with various artists including M.I. one of hottest artists out of Nigeria, KenO a musical genius in Atlanta, GA, L.I.B. Unit a unique group out of Liberia, West Africa; he has also left his mark in the underground music scene. Duncan has worked with several production companies over the years such as Rolla dice Records (UK), Grafton Records (Port Harcourt) and presently Dunkishrock Productions (US).
