Don Turtelli was a recurring villain in the 1987 television show Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. In the series, he was voiced by Peter Reneday. Turtelli appeared exclusively in the show's third season in 1989. It should be noted that in his second appearance, in the episode Case of the Hot Kimono he was drawn differently to his first appearance in the episode, Burne's Blues. The animation style from his second appearance was kept for his third.
Turtelli went down in infamy for his torture methods, which he inherited from his grandfather, Tony "The Tickler" Turtelli. He uses tickle torture to make his victims talk he uses feathers to tickle the soles of his victims feet Including April Vernon and Zack And Caitlyn
