Dominica–Turkey relations

Dominica-Turkey relations are foreign relations between Dominica and Turkey. The Embassy of Turkey in Santo Domingo is accredited to Dominica.
Dominica's relationship with Turkey consisted mainly of economic relations. In 2015, Turkey provided approximately US$40,000 in grants to rehabilitate the infrastructure damage following Tropical Storm Erika.
Diplomatic Relations
Ties between Dominica and Turkey were solidified during the 1983 crisis in Grenada when Prime minister Charles invited friendly governments, including Turkey's, to provide military assistance following the October 21, 1983 OECS decision to intervene in Grenada.
Economic Relations
* Trade volume between the two countries was US$1.6 million in 2018 (Turkish exports/imports: 1.6/0.08 million USD).
* In 2015, Turkey provided approximately US$40,000 in grants to rehabilitate the infrastructure damage following Tropical Storm Erika.
