DJ Moe Doe

Bryant Robert Johnson (born February 7, 1970), known as DJ Moe Doe, is an American DJ, producer, and entrepreneur. He started off his career in the music industry as a DJ for rapper AMG and went on to work with artists such as Tupac Shakur, Adina Howard, Volume 10, Yo-Yo, Dubba D and many more.
Early years
Moe Doe was born in Los Angeles, California. He grew up in Venice with his Mother. In 1984, when Moe Doe was a teen, he moved to Arkansas to stay with his father, only to move back to Los Angeles a short time later to pursue a career in music.
Uneon Entertainment
Dissatisfied with the direction the Major Labels were taking the music industry in, Moe Doe broke away to establish his own entertainment company called U-neon. He stated that this entertainment company is more like a digital multi-media content company that focuses on conscious "inner-tainment". In an online interview Johnson stated:
"Uneon Entertainment's mission is to be a mental (spiritual) one stop for the conscious and unconscious alike. Spiritual (mental) evolution was never meant to be a very slow and painful process, but freewill and imperfect thought patterns have made it just that. Uneon Entertainment is an Aquarian company whose purpose is to creatively show individuals through entertainment, how to use common sense (The 6th sense) when finding the center of their individual cycle. Most of humanity's cycles have spun out of control and become destructive cyclones of thought. Uneon Entertainment is "the company" that understands that all Life is mental (spiritual), which is the knowledge needed to close gaps and build ARCs in human perception, when concerning the ideas and concepts of race & culture. Uneon Entertainment is a mental (spiritual) home for the U inside every person."
Currently
Three years after establishing U-neon he partnered with up and coming independent singer songwriter Mail Woods. U-neon now serves as her label. Currently they are working on multi media projects and a second album release from Woods. There has been speculation about U-neon launching a social networking website that picks up where myspace left off.
