Devender Kadyan

Devender Kadyan is a national general secretary of Indian Youth Congress. He is also chairman of Mannat group of hotels and a social worker in Sonipat. He is among top contenders for electoral candidates of Indian National Congress from 2019 Lok Sabha Elections from Ganaur seat.
Political Career
In 2015, Kadyan was appointed as a town secretary under Haryana State Congress Committee from Sonipat. In March 2017, He also led a protest against LPG price hike. Protesters marched from the local PWD rest house on Railway road and reached Subhash Chawk. He voiced for farmers in Rajasthan in meeting on Jaipur Ring Road. By making good public relationship, in February 2018, he was nominated as National General Secretary from Indian Youth Congress and in charge from Gujarat and Rajasthan. Kadyan thereby initiated many reforms in Haryana. He supported and reported to Rahul when a Congress Leader BrahmaPrakash Bishnoi mocked gandhi with the name "Pappu", in a Whatsapp group, as such Bishnoi was sacked. In July 2018, he along with State president Ashok Chandana appointed 39 district heads in Youth Congress. He led the 100s of youth congress workers to protest against Modi government outside Indian parliament that the government has not fulfilled promises of the citizens that were main before 2014 elections. Many officials from Haryana were also present there.
Social Work
He started 25 E Riksha Seva and initiated transport service in those areas of Sonipat where there is no public transport. He donated a sum of Rs. 51,000 for Dada Bhaia Khera's in a program in the region. development Kadyan organized a program to inaugurate huge temple dedicated to Maharishi Kashyap and Sant Kabir in Sunder Sanwari region of Sonipat. He has organized Iftar party in Mannat Haveli for 400 Muslim citizens of Sonipat region to spread the message of brotherhood. He hailed the message of unity and welcome riders in Aman Dosti Yatra in his restaurant in Murthal on 2018 Indian Independence day and also he waved 500 feet long Flag of India in 6 km which was carried on head by 1500 people of Ganaur region. He initiated many health campaigns like Blood donation, free health checkups of people living in rural regions, runs free competitive entrance examination classes for BPL students and sports programs under Deva social welfare society.
