Desk rage

Desk rage is a term used to refer to violent behavior by a employee of an office or work place. It may result in the physical assault of a computer and/or a fellow employee. Screaming, cursing, trashing office equipment, even assaulting others. Causes

Desk rage is mostly caused by burned-out, overworked employees, and also manifests as a slow boil that leads to gossiping, backstabbing, poor productivity, bullied, heavy workloads, long hours, stealing supplies and becoming depressed.
