DesiCrew Solutions Pvt Ltd is an Indian Business process outsourcing (BPO) company, incubated by the Rural Technology Business Incubator (RTBI) of IIT-Madras in 2007. They are professional business support services company that provides service excellence and cost efficiency to clients by leveraging on their expertise in the Impact Sourcing space.
History
The story began when a young Saloni, had a chance to listed to a speech by Ashok Jhunjhunwala in Delhi. Inspired by his vision of using Technology to create sustainable livelihood opportunities in rural India, Saloni quit her job and moved to Chennai in pursuit of new career.
Under the guidance of Professor Ashok Jhunjhunwala, she did a study of the market in the IT/BPO sector. From this stemmed the idea - Take Jobs to the People instead of People to Jobs . DesiCrew was established with an overarching vision to deliver social impact by successfully establishing a business model that performs equally well on quality and cost.

DesiCrew's business model involves setting up delivery centers in rural areas India and servicing the clients across different countries. DesiCrew is the first company to be incubated out of IIT-Madras's Rural Technology Business Incubator (RTBI). Started in 2007, Team DesiCrew is now over 500 people strong, with operations across more than 10 states, multi-lingual capabilities and customer experience spanning more than 15 industries.
The emergence of the Impact Sourcing Service Provider (ISSP) model as a powerful business idea today, is a validation of the early faith and investment of the investors and mentors in the vision. While being a pioneer of this model has earned them recognition nationally and globally,They believe that their continued efforts to innovate and strive for excellence will ensure greater value for all their stake holders..
