Derek Faye is a well known fictional character in the popular English sketch show, The Catherine Tate Show. He is best known for his catchphrase "How very dare you!" and generally for being very camp.
He did not appear in the first series of The Catherine Tate Show but featured in every episode of series two and three. Derek is always accompanied by his friend Lennard who is also very camp. Derek is accused of being gay in each episode and this results in him saying "How very dare you!" and sometimes "I find you impertinent!".
