Dealpath is an American real estate technology company with offices in San Francisco and New York City. The company offers a cloud-based software solution for real estate investment management and capital markets.
History
Dealpath was founded in 2014 by co-founders Mike Sroka (CEO), Kenter Wu, and Andy Lee. In October 2016, the company announced $8M. Industry operators LeFrak, Milstein, and Bechtel also contributed to the funding round. In September 2018, Dealpath announced a strategic investment from JLL Spark, the real estate technology investment arm of JLL. In February 2020, Dealpath announced a strategic investment from Blackstone, and the platform has supported over $5 trillion of equity and debt transactions with leading institutions around the globe.
Product
Dealpath is a cloud-based deal management platform enabling pipeline tracking, deal analytics, and collaborative workflows. It was publicly launched on October 6, 2016 and is currently used by hundreds of investment firms, including public and private REITs, PERE firms, development firms, and acquisitions teams. In 2018 Dealpath was recognized as the “Top Technology” at the MIPIM Global PropTech Awards.
Dealpath has announced numerous product upgrades, including the support for file folders, a global expansion to 16 countries around the world, the addition of Gantt charts, the launch of a third-party API and single sign-on and real-time charting.
Integrations
Dealpath can integrate with compatible real estate technology solutions like CompStak, Esri, and iLevel. In addition, Dealpath has native integrations with Box, Dropbox, Google Maps, Google Street View, Microsoft Azure, and various single sign-on providers. Custom integrations with asset management platforms like MRI Software and Yardi can also be built using Dealpath’s API and ETL.
