Deadfish

Deadfish, is a multi-player hand game. It originated in a little town in southeastern Wisconsin named Twin Lakes on March 11, 2009. It was invented and named by Max North and Kyle Reese Swatek. The name of the game was decided upon simultaneously by the two inventors when they both shouted out "Dead Fish!" at the exact same moment.
Game play
The players all count aloud to three, or speak the name of the game followed by "Go!" (e.g. "Dead! Fish! Go!"), each time raising both hands in any form of the four possible combinations and swinging it down on the count. On the third count (saying "Three!" or "Go!" ), the players change their hands into one of four gestures, which they then "throw" by extending it towards their opponent.
* Right-Hand Flop, represented by the right hand facing down with the left hand facing upwards.
* Left-Hand Flop, represented by the left hand facing down with the right hand facing upwards.
* Dual-Flop, represented by both hands facing downwards.
* Open-Faced, represented by both hands facing upwards.
The objective is to select a gesture which matches that of the majority of the opponents. The hand gesture that is thrown by the largest number of players is the winning gesture, and all those who have thrown a different gesture are given a penalty point. Each player is allowed 5 penalty points before they are out of the game. If there is more than one gesture that has the majority then the win is shared between the gestures and all those who have thrown a different gesture receive a penalty point. If there is no majority gesture, then no penalty points are given and players move on to the next round.
Final Round:
When gameplay gets down to the final two players, a "Caller" is appointed and the winner is decided by who throws the same as the "Caller". In the case that no one throws the same as the "Caller", the players move on to another final round until the winner is decided.
