Cypher Learning

CYPHER LEARNING Inc. is a global e-learning company, based in San Francisco, California. The company provides learning management system<nowiki/>s and currently has three products: NEO for schools and universities, INDIE for entrepreneurs and MATRIX for businesses. CYPHER LEARNING also has offices in the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Romania,  India, and The Philippines.
Background
Graham Glass , a serial entrepreneur, author, and former senior lecturer at the University of Texas, founded the e-learning platform EDU 2.0 for Schools in 2009. In 2010, EDU 2.0 for business was launched.  
EDU 2.0  reached 1 million users by 2014. Afterwards, EDU 2.0 rebranded to NEO, while EDU 2.0 for Business rebranded to MATRIX.
In 2015, the parent company CYPHER LEARNING was created and NEO and MATRIX became products of the company.
In 2017, CYPHER LEARNING released INDIE, an LMS which targets entrepreneurs that sell online courses, and launched the European versions of NEO and MATRIX, for clients that prefer to host their data in Europe.

NEO LMS
NEO is a learning management system for schools and universities. NEO allows schools to manage classroom activities such as creating and delivering educational content, assessing students, tracking student achievement, and communication between students, faculty, and parents.
MATRIX LMS
MATRIX is a learning management system for businesses, corporations and other organizations. MATRIX is used by companies to manage training activities such as creating training content,  compliance and certification, evaluating employee performance, and selling online courses.
INDIE LMS
INDIE is a learning management system for entrepreneurs. INDIE is built on the same platform as the other CYPHER products. INDIE provides features for people that want to create, market and sell online courses.
