CyberFusion

CyberFusion is an upcoming event staged at Cyberjaya,Malaysia. It has the goal to beat the Guinness World Records record for the Longest LAN party Held. The record is now held by NVIDIA's event NVISION in 2008
If all goes to plan, the event will break the NVISION record, with 38 hours and 250 gamers, compared to the old record of 36 hours and 200 gamers.

The LAN Party will be held in the main campus of Cyberjaya's Multimedia University (MMU). Starting from 11pm on the 10th of April, it will end at 1pm two days later . The event will be sponsored by AMD.
Registration would be free, and the participants would only need to bring these to the event
1. A computer (CPU only)
2. Mouse & Keyboard
3. Speakers / Headset
They will be provided with appropriate hardwares which are
1. Monitor
2. LAN Cable connection
3. Power sockets
4. 24 hour around the clock medical assistance
Food and beverages would also be provided around the clock
Mini Tournaments
E-Club management Malaysia, the distributor for Valve games in the South-East Asia region along with popular Malaysian online community portal Lowyat.net would also be having mini tournaments during the event for all participants
The games are Left 4 Dead, Team Fortress 2, Counter Strike: Source and Counter Strike 1.6.
The prizes are cash prizes for each games:
Champion - RM 1,000
2nd Place - RM 500
3rd Place - RM 300
The total cash prizes would be RM 7,200.
Prizes
Only the first 250 Participants who complete the minimal 38 hour marathon will receive:
1. T-Shirts
2. Goody bags
3. Certificate of participation
4. Eligible for prizes distributed during the record attempt period
5. An AMD Processor (ranging from X2 to X4 Phenom)
Side Events
There are also gaming events for non participants that will include FIFA Online 2 and Sudden Attack tournament
Live Streaming
Live Streaming will be available during the course of the event. It would be hosted on Wakarimasenlol.com and Lowyat.net's Multiplay.
