CryptoHeaven, Inc. is a company which provides encrypted storage space, e-mail and instant messaging over the Internet. It relies on their custom software which handles end-to-end encryption on the users' computers, and is not decrypted by intermediaries (such as CryptoHeaven's servers). Storing the password-protected private key on CryptoHeaven's servers is optional. This means that, as long as the software and the user's PC are secure, encrypted data can only be read or modified by someone who is in possession of both the private key and its password. The software's source code is made public for peer review.
CryptoHeaven was founded by Marcin Kurzawa after leaving IBM Canada in March 2000, and is the first company to implement this technology and make it publicly available in a form of an easy to use secure communication platform providing secure email, secure file sharing/storage, secure instant messaging and other unique features.
CryptoHeaven is HIPAA compliant and is frequently used in the healthcare and legal industry.
