Craig Blundell (Born 18th July 1973) is a musician, writer, producer and clinician based in Surrey, UK. He has worked for many artists and record companies over his years in the industry and is widely respected worldwide for his ability and innovation. He writes a regular column in Drummer magazine and runs a home production studio. He has a reputation as one of the busiest and most diverse freelance drummers in the UK, and is well known for his unique drum clinics. His current work includes recording and touring with David Cross (Violin, ex King Crimson), Congo Natty aka Rebel MC, session drumming for record companies, and for writing soundtrack music including as part of his own project Dr oKtopUs. Blundell has performed clinics all over the world and continues to push himself to educate others and raise the bar for UK drummers He is one of Roland's International V-Drums clinicians as well as being a clinician for Mapex and Paiste Cymbals. |
