;9: Reconstruction War ends. The United Nations adopts the Cosmic Era calendar and announces a new space development program.
;15: While departing for Jupiter aboard the Tsiolkovsky, George Glenn reveals that he is a Coordinator, and releases the genetic engineering techniques onto the "worldwide network".
;16: A protocol on genetic modification is adopted, after discussions at an international conference on the Coordinator controversy, prohibiting the manipulation of human genes. However, some wealthy individuals secretly have their children turned into Coordinators.
;29: George Glenn returns with a fossil of a winged whale from Jupiter, known as Evidence 01, providing proof that extraterrestrial life exists.
;30: The Earth's religious authorities are unable to reach any conclusions at the Palestine Conference, and their influence begins to weaken. Acceptance for Coordinators spreads throughout Earth, and the first Coordinator boom begins.
:The space industry intensifies, and construction of numerous space colonies begins at Lagrange point 4.
;35: The Atlantic Federation establishes a lunar base in the Ptolemaeus crater, causing international disapproval, and reveals its first series of mobile armours.
;38: Based on George Glenn's concept for a new type of space colony, construction of new space colonies begins. The construction is funded mainly by the Atlantic Federation, the Eurasian Federation, and the Republic of East Asia, and the new Lagrange point 5 colony cluster is to be managed by representatives of these sponsor nations.
;41: Marriages among first generation Coordinators, who were born in secrecy, produce a purebred second generation, who soon prove to have inherited their parents' abilities.
;44: The first ten space colonies (later known as Aprilius City) of the new Lagrange point 5 cluster are completed. These new type of space colonies are known as PLANTs.

:A vaccine for the Type S2 influenza is successfully developed in the PLANTs, and delivery of the vaccine to Earth begins. Nonetheless, anti-Coordinator feelings remain strong, and Coordinators remaining on Earth begin leaving for space.
