Contextual analytics

Contextual analytics refers to the skills, technologies, applications and practices for focuses on intentional data aggregation from any machine, human or sensor generated data to represent an intuitive view on patterns and outliers. In contrast, business analytics focuses on continuous iterative exploration and investigation, isolated data analytics or explaining a trend based on data point. Although business analytics can leverage contextual data modeling, it does not contain analytical function on context driven data sources (geospatial, audio, video...)
It is therefore closely related to Security and Investigation management. Data, Video and Audio Analytics may be used to drive human curiosity.
