Contempo Lettings & Property Management began in April 2006 under the name of Dwell Lettings & Property Management. The Company was the vision of Director Carolyn Donaldson who as a Landlord herself wanted to see a lettings and property management agency that truly understood the legalities and idiosyncrasies of the residential lettings market.
The Company grew quickly & steadily providing expertise to both first time Landlords and Investors alike.
In June 2007 a pilot Franchise was launched under the Directorship of Judith Munro. This Franchise covered the Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire areas proving the Company was able to service the needs of different geographical housing and property markets.

The success of both branches allowed further branches in Dumbarton and Glasgow South run by Robert Donaldson and Alan Govan respectively. Both Robert and Alan have extensive experience in the Property sector combining technical knowledge with excellence in sales.
The original Glasgow branch welcomed Gary Mitchell in 2009 as Director. Gary has over 15 years of property experience predominantly in the Lettings sector having worked with large PLC property companies such as Slater Hogg and Howison. Gary combines this experience and expertise with Contempo’s reputed personal service.
In the new financial year this ever expanding company had began a recruitment process to further expand its business in Aberdeen, Liam Davidson is due to join the Aberdeen branch in April 2010 as a Property Manager bringing with him an impressive amount of knowledge of letting property in the oil capital Aberdeen. As this company continues to grow it is clear that the company has found its feet and continues to defie expectations with continuous improvement and expansion.
The vision of the Contempo brand is always to combine the best legal protection and advice with good old fashioned Client service and on sensible common sense approach to property management.
