Considering Disability Journal

The Considering Disability Journal is a biannual peer-reviewed academic journal that covers the field of disability studies, including issues in ethics, public policy, sociology, disabilities and the arts, inclusion, and special educational needs. It was established in 2014 by Hannah-Rebecca Joy Guscoth (University of Leeds) and is published by Considering Disability CIC, a hybrid organisation that uses a social enterprise model to reduce author costs in publishing. The journal specialises in entry-level content that is easily transferable to the third sector. The editors-in-chief are Shahd Alshammari (Arab Open University) and Kamlesh Kumar Sahu.
