ComFin Software & Consulting Services GmbH is an internationally-active application software provider. ComFin provides software for energy companies in the field of trading, trade administration, risk management, finance and back office. ComFin is a subsidiary of JBC Vienna GmbH and works closely with the associated companies JBC Energy GmbH and PVM Data Services GmbH. ComFin's headquarters are located in the First District of Vienna, Austria; support offices are located in London and Singapore. Main Activities *Development of TheBulldog software, a risk management and trade administration software for commodity, energy, and freight trading *Support and customisation of TheBulldog *Consulting (Best practices etc.) History *1994: PVM Oil Associates GmbH (PVM Vienna) was founded as a joint venture with the PVM Group. PVM Vienna initially focused on Central and Eastern European markets. *1999: PVM Vienna developed TheBulldog software for trade administration and risk management in the energy industry *2005: Formation of ComFin, a subsidiary of PVM Vienna's software services *2006: Formation of PVM Data Services, a subsidiary of PVM Vienna *2008: Restructuring and renaming of the PVM Vienna Group: PVM Vienna was renamed to JBC Vienna GmbH; ComFin, JBC Energy and PVM Data Services are subsidiaries of JBC Vienna.
