Cleosent Randing

Cleosent Randing (born March 27, 1987) is a serial entrepreneur with experiences in digital marketing, contact centre, and insurance industry, Cleosent is also active as an active member of The Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), and Cleosent is also a Board Member at Indonesia Canada Chamber of Commerce (ICCC).
With his experiences in digital marketing, contact centre, and insurance industry, Cleosent who loves to play tennis and golf, founded PasarPolis.com, one of Indonesia's first Insurance e-commerce with a goal of 'Insurance for All.
Cleosent graduated with Honors Bachelor of Business degree in 2010 from the Simon Fraser University (Vancouver, Kanada) in Marketing and International business, with an extended minor in Economics and awarded with Co-operative Education in Business.
History
Career
Cleosent began his career in 2010 by establishing a call centre named NuGlobe. NuGlobe started with only 20 employees in their first year of business, the company now has hundreds of contact centre specialists handling calls, social, and chat. NuGlobe now offers an omni-channel contact centre with a strong focus on Insurance, finance and technology companies.
After NuGlobe, Cleosent then started Valuklik in mid 2012, Valuklik is a leading and fastest-growing digital marketing company in Indonesia, delivering digital marketing across all media channels Search, Display, Programmatic Media and Performance Content. Valuklik also represents over 15 local and international leading media partners on reseller model in Indonesia. With 50 professionals.
Under Cleosent’s leadership, Valuklik has become one of the prestigious, fastest growing and largest digital performance marketing company in Indonesia. This is proven with the number of clients, locals and internationals accross all sectors i.e. Travel, Telecom, Media, E-commerce, Banking, Insurance, Beauty and FMCG. that has been handle by them. Some notable companies managed are Telkomsel, Elevenia, Acer, L'Oreal, BCA, Dentsu, Kementerian Pariwisata, and others.
Valuklik spreads its business by launched a digital business consultant named Pinnacle in 2015 which focuses on Digital Transformation Consulting across technology and data.
Moreover, Cleosent known as an investor who has some interest to the local start-up. Engaging with several strong background partners from financial industry and insurance area, Cleosent founded a digital e-commerce insurance start-up named PasarPolis.com on March 2015.
PasarPolis.com is the first e-commerce insurance in Indonesia through digital platform which provides and facilitates consumer making their own decision to protect and fulfill the insurance needs that best fits their needs. Armed with many experiences in the digital marketing, insurance and contact center, Cleosent Randing is set to made his company, PasarPolis.com as one of the biggest insurance e-commerce in Indonesia.
