Christine Emmett is an approved Conservative Parliamentary candidate, standing in the forthcoming Corby by-election, following the resignation of Louise Mensch (Conservative). Emmett has a degree in Economics. She is also one of the members of William Hague’s Northern Transport Commission. In addition to this, she is Vice-Chairman of the Biz Club, and she also runs her own company advising on major infrastructure projects. Other Candidates for the Corby and East Northamptonshire by-election Andy Sawford is the Labour Party candidate for the by-election; Jill Hope is the Liberal Democrat Party's candidate. |
