Chloé Winkel (born in Belgium), is a Belgian actress and model. She starred in several German and French films. Starting her career as a young Belgian fashion model for various fashion magazines, she later became an actress. She was most notably known for her lead role in the 2004 German movie Stratosphere Girl directed by Matthias X. Oberg. In 2016, Chloe Winkel was featured in the official music video of Nicola Testa in "Lost and Found".
