Chi Town Productions Presents: The Lost Tapes

The Lost Tapes is the first mixtape ever released by rapper and producer Kanye West, and is also the only Mixtape to be released by West in 2002. The title "The Lost Tapes", is a play on The Lost Tapes album by Nas, a concept that first originated from Tupac Shakur, whose "Lost Tapes" were recorded in 1989 with "Strictly Dope" before he rose to fame and feature the powerful "Black Panther" track, "Panther Power".
