Levkovich Chen () is the inventor of JavaScript virtual keyboards.
Levkovich Chen created the first JavaScript virtual keyboard, Mikledet.com, mostly for himself (and his wife). He lived in Munich, without any P.C. at home. He connected to the Internet mostly from Internet cafes, which of course had no Hebrew support. He had no possibility to send Hebrew emails, until he created Mikledet.com (at the beginning the name was e-vrit and then just Mikledet). He wrote all the initial code at the easy Internet cafe next to Munich's central station, and at the time he used his home page at geocities
