| Abiola Akanji (born 1983) is a Nigerian chef, also known as Chef Stone. He has served as a judge in cooking and plating competitions, taught cooking classes, and opened a culinary school. Background & education
 Chef Stone studied in London, majoring in business management at the London Metropolitan University.  He studied at the French Culinary Institute  in New York.
 Career
 In 2013, he started a culinary school, Red Dish Chronicles.
 In March 2017, Stone was a judge at the annual Oando "Teens Can Cook".  He has taught classes at the GT Bank Food & Drink Fair. He was a judge for the online Food Plating competition held by Supermart NG.
 Philanthropy
 Stone is a Goodwill Ambassador for the Visit a Hospital Today foundation.
