Cate Mackenzie is an English broadcaster, public speaker, Life Coach and artist. Cate grew up in South Kensington and Chelsea area in London and studied at Manchester Metropolitan University. Cate's radio shows are published on myspiritradio.com. She has been on BBC Radio 5 Live, BBC London Radio and Radio 4. Cate is also an international workshops leader teaching in the UK, Spain, Greece, France, Kuwait and the US. In her workshops she helps her clients to open their hearts, be more confident and overcome difficult times. Her community based project include teaching dance to disabled people and coaching people long term unemployed, and people with homeless and mental health issues. She paints hearts which are exhibited and sold around the world.
