Cary LaScala

Cary LaScala (born October 28, 1980) is an American drummer who has been a member of several notable musical acts and is endorsed by Ludwig Drums and Silverfox Percussion.
Biography
LaScala's drumming career began in 2003 when he joined Lookout Records band and toured with them on the release of their EP entitled A Crescent Honeymoon. Subsequently, LaScala quit to join Chris Shiflett of Foo Fighters side band Jackson United shorty after drummer Pete Parada left to due to prior commitments with Saves the Day. Cary then joined, The Strays, a UK band featuring frontman Toby Marriott, the only son of rock legend Steve Marriott of Small Faces and Humble Pie. Years later, LaScala left The Strays and Jackson United to focus more time on his new band Bellavista, which was a spinoff of previous Sub Pop Records band Vue. LaScala has performed live with many bands, including The Limousines, The Lovemakers and Avengers and has recorded drums for Seeking Empire featuring Paul Thomas of Good Charlotte, a solo LP entitled "Adult Contemporary" by Casey Spooner (of Fisherspooner) and Magic Wands LP Aloha Moon. Cary LaScala is still hired to perform live and record drums frequently. He also owns and operates Cary Lane clothing stores and has a private label men's clothing line (Cary LaScala) all handmade in San Francisco, California.
