Carmel Christian Centre

Carmel Christian Centre or Carmel is a Charismatic/ Pentecostal Church in Bristol, England. It is situated within the industrial estate in Brislington, near the Bath Road Park & Ride.
Carmel Christian Centre is a multi-purpose building housing the many functions of Carmel Ministries International, such as Carmel Bible College, Carmel Christian School, Bristol as well as being the central place of worship for the church's congregation. The church and associated ministries were founded by Rev. Gerri Di Somma and his wife Michelle in 1996 when they moved to Bristol from South Africa.
Carmel Christian Centre is one of the largest churches in size of its Congregation in Bristol, with approximately 500 members, known as partners, who gather together from all over Bristol, Keynsham, Bath, Somerset and the surrounding Avon area, meet together for two services on a sunday as well as attend a variety of different events throughout the week. The church has a strong heart for the needy and poor in Bristol and is involved with a number of social and community projects.
Once a year the church holds an international conference; 'aGODthing' over the period of a week, where visiting speakers from all over the world attend to infuse and inspire the local church. In addition to this the church also holds three smaller conferences for the men (Mighty Men), for the women (Exceptional Women) and the Youth (St. Revolution) of, where too, visiting speakers are asked to attend.
