Carlotta Manaigo

Carlotta Manaigo is an Italian fashion photographer based in New York City.
Biography
Carlotta Manaigo was born and raised in Italy. She moved to America to attend the Rhode Island School of Design and graduated with a BFA in Fine Arts/Photography in 2003.
According to her personal website,
“Carlotta’s work deals with the representation of moments of intimacy in every day life. The image making plays with the ability to be allowed into the most private states, or even solitudes, of her subjects who are portrayed in the beauty, anxiety, and decadence of their fleeting youth. Her work comes across as dreamy, soft, yet somewhat dark, a cold romanticism", Dazed & Confused, VMan Magazine, Mixte, Wonderland, Nylon, Details, Rolling Stone Italia, Studiovoice Japan, and Blow Up.
Her work has been exhibited in gallery shows in Mexico City, Paris, and New York City. In July 2008, her work was featured in New York City's Phh Fine Art as part of the "I'd Never Willingly Do You Harm" exhibit.
Her photographs have even appeared as designs on T-Shirts
