Carl E. Fields

Carl Edward Fields is an American computational astrophysicist working on supernovae, stellar nucleosynthesis and gravitational waves. He is a Richard P. Feynman (RPF) distinguished postdoctoral fellow at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and is recipient of Forbes 30 Under 30 for his research contributions to improve our understanding of stellar evolution through supercomputers.
Education
Fields has completed his B.S. in Physics and Astrophysics from Arizona State University, and gained his PhD. degree from Michigan State University.
