Cardinal Global Logistics is a logistics company based in Manchester, England. The company provides sea, air and land freight services and has an integrated serving network covering 500 ports and 2500 airports across the world. History Cardinal Global Logistics was founded by Brian Hay, Robert Cross and David Garratt and opened its first office in Eccles, Manchester in 1998. After 16 years of its foundation, Cardinal expanded into Asia by opening its first office in Hong Kong. In 2012, Cardinal Maritime and Simon Boucher formed Far Logistics as another company to operate in the logistics industry. In 2019, Cardinal announced a partnership with Planet Mark which will be supporting them in measuring and reducing the carbon footprint of the business. In 2021, Cardinal invested in Seabridge Australia & New Zealand, a logistics company. The Seabridge investment included five offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Auckland. CEO Brian Hay also announced plans of expansion into Thailand and Malaysia. Currently, Far Logistics operates from offices in the UK, Europe and Asia.
