| Caleb John Clark co-founded the NoEnd Web Developers group in 1996 with Paul Vachier in San Francisco, based on the concept of "humanizing technology." Clark built the well-known SimCity 2.0 city "calebopolis" that was profiled in the book "SimCity 2000: Power, Politics, and Planning" by Nick Dargahi and Michael Bremer. |
