Cal Poly Pomona Alumni Association

The Cal Poly Pomona Alumni Association is the alumni association for former students of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona).
History
Although the Cal Poly Pomona Alumni Association became an independent entity in 1967 (the year the two Cal Poly universities split), its history traces as far back as 1907 in San Luis Obispo with Henry Wade—a 1906 grad— serving as its first president.
Alumni
Today Cal Poly Pomona alumni total 105,000. The alumni can be found throughout California, the United States, and other countries. The Alumni Association is responsible for a network of 10 alumni clubs. These clubs are composed of alumni and friends who represent Cal Poly Pomona in their communities and who hold a wide variety of programs and events to support the university's mission. In addition, this organization hosts outreach programs which bring faculty and administrators on the road to carry the University's message to alumni and friends. Members can take advantage of Cal Poly Pomona's Federal Credit Union which offers loans and various other banking services. Alumni receive a 20% discount on Career Center privileges and Cal Poly Pomona Broncos sporting events discounts. Members of the association also become eligible to use any of the 23 California State University Libraries and receive Polytrends magazine --an alumni publication.
