A Business Anlaysis Methodology created by ITHW 2007(c) for the business analysis of several business models (Sales & Distributin, Manufaturing & Production, Services & Projects).

the concept is to do a "blood picture like" scanning for the current business using a number of criteria and elements; when the scanning is finished, a report is produced with the result compared with best practice results.

The idea is to compare everything an organzination has and the list is dependant on the business model.

the Business DNA does not include only the business situation under analysis, it also propose the inclusion of the staholders assets, life style, cash, bank and all issues around the business especially in a family business model. it then proposes a number of changes to improve and enhance the business status.

After completing the blood picture, a number of intiatives are proposed from a number of pre-defined list and/or new items added to this list where the stakholders should execute to save or enahnce their company.

The difference of this approach is that it can be tailord made for a number of business models without having to deploy or employ a consutling company at once, get a pciture of the company and study the initiatives proposed by default and if necessary consutl an advisor to study the feasibility of the proposed solutions
