Controversy
There is debate as to weather the Burzynski Clinic treatments can actually cure cancer. Cancer patient's forums on the web are riddled with the clinic's name. The founder of the clinic has had legal battles in Texas brought on by the FDA in regards to his Antineoplaston treatment as it had not been approved. Dr. Burzynski has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration as Principal Investigator in over 70 clinical trial studies. However, Antineoplastons still have not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration as safe and effective for the treatment of any disease or condition.<ref name="cancure.org"/>
