Bulleen Plaza

Bulleen Plaza, is a local shopping centre in the suburb of Bulleen, Victoria, in the city council of Manningham. During mid-2008, the centre underwent a revamp and was repainted, retiled and new lights and seats were fitted.
Originally named Bulleen Village, it was opened in the late 1960s/early 1970s, with a Coles supermarket, a Venture department store, a library, a Hungry Jacks and about 40 other stores. Soon after, the Venture store closed and was divided into small stores. In 2000, a medical centre and an office block were opened at the back of the centre. The centre has plans for a future extension, with more offices, parking and retail outlets.
The shopping centre is very culturally diverse with European countries holding a large portion of the area's population. Many stores and cafés are either Italian or Greek. The shopping centre has been applauded on a number of occasions for its diversity.
Transport
Bulleen Plaza is served by the Westfield Doncaster bus and the Altona to Mordialloc bus. The centre is also serviced by the Manningham Loop service.
