Brian riccioni

Brian Riccioni founded The Intrasure Group, LLC to provide profoundly profitable insurance and investment-style programs to small and mid-sized businesses and professional associations.

Recent positive legislation changes (i.e. The COLI Best Practices Act)1 have paved the way for organizations (privately held and publicly held businesses, labor/trade unions, as well as charitable organizations) to reap the tremendous benefits and profits of a number of niche programs previously dominated by the Fortune 500 and similar large organizations.

Brian believes that the mission of The Intrasure Group is to educate qualified organizations of 100 to 10,000 members of their entitlement as spelled out by the new legislation, and to properly structure the most effective niche profits and benefit vehicles tailored to the goals of the organization.

For the past twelve years, prior to establishing The Intrasure Group, Brian distinguished himself in the fields of Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Insurance, as well as in Entertainment. Recently, his business accomplishments as well as his charitable endeavors were recognized through a nomination for New Jersey's prestigious NJ Top 40 Under 40 Award, given to top leaders in the state under the age of 40.

Brian received a BA in Political Science from Trenton State College (The College of New Jersey), where he was the starting punter on the football team for his entire college career. Upon graduation he joined his father's Somerville, NJ residential mortgage-banking firm, Sterling Mortgage, LLC, as a Loan Officer/Salesman.

While achieving "Salesman of the Month" in 24 of the 27 months as a loan officer, Brian developed and implemented a new business model for a more sophisticated "lending environment". His efforts resulted in greater efficiencies as well as more than tripling the firm's revenue for that year. He also received trade recognition and praise in publications such as The New York Times for his innovations as well as acquisition offers from larger lenders.

This success was the genesis for his own residential mortgage-banking firm established in 1999, First Hallmark Mortgage Corp. (FHM). Under Brian's management, FHM enjoyed steady growth and a reputation for unparalleled customer service and satisfaction.

With corporate headquarters in Somerset, NJ, as well as several branch locations throughout NJ and PA, FHM employs approximately 65 people achieving loan volumes of approximately $250MM per annum.

Deciding to focus his efforts in the future success of The Intrasure Group, Brian sold his majority stake in FHM in November of 2006.

Brian readily attributes his previous accomplishments to his focus on networking and interpersonal communications - skills that helped him partner with Unity Bank, a publicly traded community bank, to form Hallmark Title Agency, LLC - generating more than $750MM in insurance in only its second year.

Networking has also brought Brian positive achievements in the Entertainment industry. In partnership with NJ native, Emmy Award Nominated Actor/Playwright, John Amos; Brian produced numerous theatrical performances at venues in NJ, NYC, FL, & CA, as well as television commercials, infomercials, and a made for television movie. Through his recently formed New York based entertainment firm, Entertainment Acquisition Partners, LLC, Brian has several more projects in development including feature films, reality based television series, and literary publishing arrangements.

Brian has served on the Boards of several non-profit organizations geared toward promoting leadership initiatives as well as various programs to assist "at-risk" youth.
