Brian Malarkey is an American celebrity chef and TV personality, who owns and operates various restaurants in San Diego. He is known for competing on the 3rd season of Top Chef in Miami, Florida. Venture Brian’s most recent venture, Chefs Life, is a line of cooking oils custom blended for the home chef available online and grocers nationwide. Each oil is designed for a specific step in the creation of a dish from high-heat sautéing or frying, to making salad dressings or sauces, or for dipping or drizzling over a finished dish. Chefs Life is partnered with Golden Rule Charity, an organization providing timely relief to restaurant and hospitality employees in need, by donating a portion of all proceeds back to the hospitality industry. |
