brgr is an acronym for hamburger (or burger for short). This acronym is used by many modern restaurants in the United States and Canada. Over the past several years "brgr" has attained widespread acceptance as an acronym for hamburger. The following restaurants: brgrjoint, mbrgr Montreal, brg bar, brgr NYC, brgr kitchen + bar are amongst some of the restaurants that have adapted to using this new acronym in place of "Hamburger" or "Burger". In modern society acronyms are becoming more popular and widely acceptable/adaptable by the minute, not only in cyber space, and textual communications but also in day to day , face to face communications. |
