2006 Formula E (FE) National Champion Brandon Aleckson Racing was created in 2007 by Amateur Racecar Driver Brandon Aleckson. About Brandon Aleckson: Brandon started his driving career at the age of 12 racing go-karts, where he won numerous championships and races. In 2006, in the newly formed FE class, Brandon immediately set the bar high. He won an impressive 16 consecutive races, set track records everywhere he raced, and won the FormulaCar Magazine West Coast Championship en route to the 2006 FE National Championship. In 2007 the FE class saw considerable growth across the country. Despite the increased competition, Brandon was able to finish the season with 13 wins, 12 poles, and 4 new track records en route to 3 championships; the San Francisco Region FE championship, NorPac Division National Championship, and the FormulaCar Magazine West Coast Championship. In 2006 Brandon was also awarded the Motor Sports Press Associations Road Racing Driver of the Year award. Throughout the year Brandon has continued to progress and develop his abilities in the FE car. Along with the busy schedule of being a professional racecar driver and coach, Brandon also attends San Jose State University as a Business Marketing major.
