Robert (Bob) Proctor, is an American life coach and author of several books including the best seller You were Born Rich. His inspiration comes from Napolean Hill's Think and Grow Rich. Proctor is a high school dropout who worked a series of part time and low paying jobs. Proctor claims that within a year of reading Hill's book, he was earning over $100,000 per year. Bob the moved to Chicago to work with his real-life mentor, Earl Nightingale. After rising to the position of Vice President of Sales, he established his own seminar company. Proctor now travels the world giving his seminars and selling his books. Apperance in The Secret Bob Proctor gained national exposure while appearing in the hit film the 'The Secret' which revealed how to apply the law of attraction to gain success in all areas of a persons life. Life Success Productions After becoming Vice President of Sales at Nightingale-Conant LLC, Bob Proctor founded Life Success Productions LLC. On February 12, 2008, Lifesuccess Productions filed a lawsuit against investment guru David Schirmer, his wife Lorna, and their several companies (including Life Success Pacific Rim PTY LTD, Schirmer Financial Management PTY LTD, Life Success Productions PTY LTD, Excellence in Marketing PTY LTD, and Wealth By Choice PTY LTC) for "mislead. or deceptive conduct".
