Bob Bagga

Bob Bagga is a Canadian entrepreneur, financial technology innovator, and barter exchange pioneer. He is the co-founder, CEO, and president of BizX, a B2B digital alternative currency operator headquartered in Seattle, Washington.
Career
Barter Business Exchange
Bagga launched the Barter Business Exchange in 1992 at the age of 22, serving as CEO until 1999. The exchange involved more than 4000 member companies, including such high-profile brands as Rogers Communication, Revlon, and Kodak. The BBE facilitated more than $60 million in trading volume per year.
UBarter
Bagga served from 1999 to 2000 as COO to UBarter from 1999 to 2000, a consumer-focused online barter platform.
BizX
In 2002, Bagga co-founded the BizXchange network with Chris Haddawy and Raj Kapoor. Now simply called BizX, the financial technology company facilitates business-to-business exchange of goods and services using a private currency called BizX dollars. Before evolving into a financial technology company, the platform became the most successful trade exchange on the West Coast, and was named one of the fastest growing companies in America seven times by Inc. Magazine.
