One example is "Hatchet vs Genitals", where a guy mutilates his penis and then emasculates him self with a hatchet, while hard rock music is playing. Reception Reactions Hundreds of reactions to the BME Pain Olympics have been recorded and posted on video sharing sites, often with disclaimers telling viewers not to watch the original video. The original video hosted on the original site displays a message at the end confirming it is fake, however most of the other versions of the video on other websites don't have the message at the end.
