Bernard Wilks

Dr. Bernard James Wilks D.Min (born November 1, 1944) is the founder and Apostolic Overseer of Dominion Fellowship Ministries and the Dominion Coalition. He is the president and founder of ReMA (Resident Minister's Alliance), founder and director of Eastern Theological Seminary New Jersey Extension, founder of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Urban Convocation and Urban Transformation Strategic Operations Council, a member of the Metro Apostolic Network, American counsel of Apostles, and senior associate minister in charge of outreach for Metropolitan Baptist Church, the largest church in the city of Newark with over seven thousand members.
Ministry activities
He is the Minister of Evangelistic Outreach & Prison Ministry at Metropolitan Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey and is the President of the Newark Resident Minister’s Alliance (ReMA). He is the director of the H.E.L.P. Center Employment Agency, which provides guidance and employment for Ex-Offenders seeking to re-enter society and the job market. Dr. Wilks also works with The Hampton University Minister’s Conference.
Personal life
Married to Annette Wilks, with twin sons Keith and Kevin and two daughters Kamie and Kacia.
