Beancounter pacification

Beancounter Pacification is a technique used by managers to ward off audits or challenges by a company's financial organization. Often employs obtuse presentation tactics such as unnecessary technical details, complex diagrams, circular logic, interlacing non-sequiturs or if all else fails, lying. Successful companies should have managers with adequate Beancounter Pacification skills, in order to shield against the oppressive influences of dictatorial fiscal responsibility. Maintaining the delicate balance between reasonable fiscal responsibility and responsible management freedom is key to creativity, flexibility, growth and success.
