Barokai

Barokai is a martial art originating in the Netherlands and was the closest thing t Dutch had to mixed martial arts in the 1980s. It basically was a full-contact mix between judo, boxing and karate developed by Toon Stelling. It never gained huge support but is still being practised in several places in Holland
