Automatic pitch turbine

The Automatic Pitch Turbine is a turbine designed to work with an oscillating water column (OWC). The turbine is very efficient at producing motive power from sea waves or from an underwater bidirectional water flow. The turbine will rotate in one direction even though the incoming air flow changes in a bidirectional manner. This turbine will work like a normal turbine in both directions of the air flow; therefore, it can go up to 97% efficiency. This is so because the blades will change to the correct pitch angle pushed by the same air flow that causes it to rotate. Also, the blades can change the pitch angle up to 45 degrees with relation to the incoming flow of air. It functions like a flag with a long tail on a pole. The wind will change the direction the flag faces. This also happens with the turbine. This turbine will never stall. The Automatic Pitch Turbine turbine was designed by engineer Israel Ortiz. The Wells turbine designed at Queen's University Belfast also rotates in one direction with a bidirectional air flow, but the efficiency is up to 70%.
The United States Patent number for the Automatic Pitch Turbine is US 8,193,653.See it at:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SC_nw5wR1FE
